Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

1. Order Fulfillment

  • Installation Services: Alarm Sound Inc. provides in-person installation services for all security equipment purchased through us.

  • Scheduling: Installation appointments will be scheduled upon completion of the purchase process, based on availability and customer preferences.

  • Confirmation: Customers will receive confirmation of their installation appointment via an email or phone call.

 

2. Shipping

  • Equipment Delivery: All security equipment purchased will be shipped directly to Alarm Sound Inc.

  • Handling: Upon receipt of the equipment, Alarm Sound Inc. will inspect and ensure all items are accounted for and in good condition.

  • Customer Notification: Customers will be notified once their equipment has been received and inspected by Alarm Sound Inc.

 

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accessibility: Customers must ensure that their premises are accessible to Alarm Sound Inc. technicians at the scheduled installation time.

  • Equipment Inspection: Customers are responsible for inspecting the equipment upon delivery and reporting any issues promptly.
